By accessing or using the Vuhat application and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Vuhat is a fitness tracking application that allows you to log workouts, track progress, create and manage workout routines, monitor personal records, and analyze your training data over time. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service does not violate any applicable laws or regulations. 6. Subscription and Payment
The Service currently offers a free tier with limited features and a premium subscription tier with additional features. Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis through the applicable app store. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of subscriptions.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Vuhat and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you submit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vuhat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
